Standard Operator Licence
Enterprises looking to apply for a Standard Operator Licence must by law employ a fully qualified Transport Manager. However, if you are operating fewer than fifteen vehicles then you may legally employ the services of a freelance Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) holder, saving you time and money.

Restricted Operator Licence
Enterprises looking to apply for a Restricted Operator Licence do not need to employ the services of a CPC holder but otherwise still need to satisfy the Licensing Authority that they can operate their fleet safely and to the same operating standards.
